FOUNDER STATEMENT
Having spent decades leading large-scale initiatives in SaaS business transformation and go-to-market strategies, I found RevOps to be one of the most misunderstood concepts in many firms. Companies often operated in functional silos, lacking a cohesive strategy for cross-functional alignment to drive the business forward. My mission is to use my experience to clarify RevOps and help companies maximize their revenue potential with my proprietary frameworks.
I founded Rev i Consulting with two core principles: Achieving true alignment across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams, and leveraging advanced data strategies to achieve collective outcomes that advance a company’s SaaS journey.
My career began in ERP and CRM technology, managing large-scale implementations of PeopleSoft and Siebel (now Oracle) as a Senior Program Manager. As the internet evolved, I navigated the shift from traditional software to subscription-based business models. For the past decade, I've guided firms across various verticals—Education, IoT, Manufacturing, Retail, Internet software, and Utilities—through this transition.
